Andrew G. Reape, CCP
President, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Reape has more than 30 years of construction industry experience. He joined PT&C in 1993 as a cost engineer and project manager, overseeing all projects for the firm’s western region. Since 2006, he has served as an unbiased client advocate as the account manager for PT&C’s prime federal contracts. Prior to joining PT&C, he served in active duty as a construction officer with the U.S. Army. He earned an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Julie Osterland, CPA
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Osterland has more than 15 years of diverse financial experience in the construction, engineering, and professional services industries. As PT&C’s Chief Financial Officer, she plans, controls, and directs all financial activities to maintain and improve the company’s strategic and operational objectives. Ms. Osterland holds an MBA in finance and a BBA in accounting. A Certified Public Accountant, she is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Michael G. Deiters, PE, CCP
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Deiters has more than 40 years of design, engineering, construction, and project management experience with large construction and environmental projects. Much of his 30+ years at PT&C has focused on providing construction and project management services for major U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers construction projects. Mr. Deiters holds a degree in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states. He has been a Certified Cost Professional since 1993 and is a long-time member of AACE International.
Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
After starting his career as a civil engineer in project management and construction management, Mr. Izzi switched gears to pursue his passion for technology. His experience includes executive, operational, and strategic business development positions with firms providing enterprise technology solutions for global utilities, oil and gas, telecommunications, and energy sectors including earned value, 3-D design modeling, procurement management, and geographic information systems. Mr. Izzi leads PT&C’s technology group, PT&C Digital, where he works with internal groups and existing clients to shape the direction of technology innovation.
